| To place an
advertisement or to be listed: 1. Enter information in the form for the self-description and the area indicating your area of advocacy/activism. 2. Print out a hard copy of the completed form describing you and/or your organization. Listings will include your professional status, address, phone numbers, E-mail ,etc. Specify if you do not wish to accept legal referrals or do not take criminal law cases from prisoners. 3. Check which section (i.e. legal assistance, media, employment, etc.) you would like to be listed under. 3. For placing an ad, enclose a check or money order in US dollars payable to Prisoners' Rights Union. Just to list your organization is free. 4. Mail payment and completed form to us at the address at the bottom of the form. FINAL LISTING DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 30, 2000
